Selecting Personal Training is an individualized program for those who want or need tailored and custom programs for their individualized fitness goals, a nutritional guidance and support designed to fit them. You’ll receive on-going support, accommodating scheduling needs, exclusive online access and more. You’ll have a dedicated Now. I Am. (N.I.A.) Fitness Leader professional who will guide you through your entire journey towards your fitness goals.

We provide more than just a gym workout, we provide guidance, education and understanding along the way. We believe you are already fit inside and it’s our goal to bring out your personal best contributing towards a lasting lifestyle change.

N.I.A. Beginning

N.I.A. Beginning

The N.I.A. Beginning program is perfect for if you are a beginner and:

  • Are unfamiliar with weight training, the gym, general activity
  • Have little to no exercise or training experience
  • Want to integrate exercise into their weekly routine, but needs guidance
  • Need guidance in building up a good aerobic base
  • Need Guidance in building good habits

In addition, you’ll benefit by building strength and weight-loss. Our end goal for you is to help set you up for success in future exercises and make it a part of your lifestyle for your health and well-being.

N.I.A. Lean

N.I.A. Lean

The N.I.A. Lean program is perfect if you want to focus on weight loss and decreasing body fat percentage. Select this program if you:

  • Are somewhat familiar with weight training, the gym, and general activity
  • Have some exercise or training experience on their own
  • Want to focus on weight loss and decreasing body fat percentage
  • Want guidance in building up a good aerobic base
  • Want to build / continue to build strength
  • Need guidance in building good habits

My end goal for you is to build strength while maximizing weight-loss, help maintain and improve exercises, continue and support your progress for a positive lifestyle for your health and well-being.

N.I.A. Strong & Fitted

N.I.A. Strong & Fitted

The N.I.A. Strong  & Fitted program is perfect if you if you want to keep and increase strength while bettering your aesthetics. Select this program if you:

  • Are familiar with weight training, the gym, and general activity
  • Exercise on a regular basis and can commit to at least to five days per week
  • Want to look better with well-developed muscles with that “cut” look
  • Want your muscles symmetrical in a balanced manner without sacrificing your strength
  • Looking to maintain or decrease body fat percentage

N.I.A. Athlete

N.I.A. Athlete

The N.I.A. Athlete program is for you if you’ve mastered programs similar to the above and are looking for a different challenge. Select this program if you are:

  • Experienced with the gym and its surroundings
  • Looking for a change
  • Have the availability to train at least 5 times a week at a gym
  • No injuries that can prevent you from conducting explosive power movements
